CPC Machine Center with 47,500 square feet of machine floor space employs 3, 4, and 5-axis machines for complex machining in a high-speed environment with several new machines for state-of-the-art capabilities. A new addition to the CPC Machine Center is the VN400Q Wire EDM which features Sodick’s Linear Motor Technology and the NL-2000BSY Multi Axis CNC Lathe. The Datron NEO Series 2 is a high-speed compact machine built for spindle speeds up to 40,000 RPM. We can do precision machining (micron tolerances) in aluminum and other materials with the DATRON neo and produce high surface quality finishes in a fraction of the time compared to conventional CNC.
CPC’s sheet metal fabrication department can handle all aspects of sheet metal fabrication. Using Amada RG-100, RG-50 and RG-25 brake presses with strict quality control at every step. A full list of CPC machines can be provided upon request. In addition to the machining capabilities CPC Machine Center can also handle Chemfilm, Anodizing, Passivation and Painting.
